This website is published in a personal capacity by an individual, on a non-professional basis. iama is not a company: there is therefore no corporate name, registration number or share capital to state here.

Under article 6, III, 2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy, the publisher, an individual acting on a non-professional basis, does not publish her personal contact details on this site. They are held by the host, who keeps them available to the judicial authorities.

Purpose of this site

This site is a showcase: it presents the iama mobile app and links to the App Store and Google Play. The service itself is not available here — no account is created and no content is uploaded on this site.

The information published here is indicative and may change without notice. It constitutes neither a contractual offer nor a commitment as to the availability of the service. Use of the app is governed by its own terms, accepted within the app.

Links to the app stores lead to third-party services, subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

Every element of this site — text, images, logo, the iama trademark, visual identity, layout and source code — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, on any medium and by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written consent. This prohibition covers in particular copying the site or its appearance, creating a mirror site, automated extraction of its content, and reuse of its code or visual identity.

Only short quotation is permitted, provided the source is stated and a link to this site is included.

Illustrative visuals from third-party sources, as well as the trademarks and logos referred to (App Store, Google Play), remain the property of their respective owners.

Personal data

This site creates no account and builds no profile. The only personal data processed is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message.

It is used solely to answer your request. The basis for processing is your own voluntary approach.

Your IP address is used transiently, in the server’s memory, to limit abusive sending. It is neither stored durably nor attached to your message.

Delivery of messages is entrusted to Resend, an email delivery provider, on its European infrastructure. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted. They are never transferred, sold, or used for advertising or canvassing.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to us through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Privacy policy

The principle fits in one sentence: we collect only what we need, and nothing more.

You can read this entire site without giving any information at all. No sign-up, no tracking cookie, no analytics. You leave a trace only if you choose to write to us.

We do not try to find out who you are, where you come from, or what you look at. We build no advertising profile and we sell your data to no one.

In the app, what you upload — profile, portfolio, projects, messages — belongs to you. It exists to run the service you chose to use, not to feed an advertising market.

Should these principles ever change, the change would be announced on this page before being applied.

No external trackers

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party script: no analytics tool, no social network pixel, no tracking share button. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own servers: while reading these pages, your browser contacts no third-party domain.

Nothing is kept on your device: the display language is carried by the page address, not by a cookie.

The mobile app likewise contains no advertising tracker and no third-party analytics tool. It uses two Google services and no others: Firebase Cloud Messaging, strictly to deliver notifications to your device, and Firebase Crashlytics, strictly to receive crash reports (the detail is in the privacy policy). Usage measurements stay hosted on our own servers.

Applicable law

This site is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
