The principle

Your data is there to run the service you chose to use. Nothing else. We don’t sell it, we don’t rent it out, we don’t trade it.

The minimum, and nothing more

Creating an account takes an email address. The rest — profile, job roles, portfolio, projects — is yours to fill in, and yours to decide who sees it.

No advertising, no profiling

IAMA+ builds no advertising profile. No ad network, no third-party tracker, no social media pixel. What you view, search for or publish feeds no marketplace.

Your data lives with us

The service runs on our own servers, hosted in France. Your content is not handed over to third-party platforms. Two necessary, limited exceptions: notifications reach your device through Apple’s and Google’s notification services — the channel the mobile platforms impose — and crash diagnostics go through Google’s Firebase Crashlytics. Neither one carries your content.

When the app crashes

An app that crashes cannot report on itself: the report has to leave before everything stops. We use Google’s Firebase Crashlytics for that.

What leaves: where in the code it broke, the device model, the operating system and app versions, and a technical account identifier. Never your name, your email address, your phone number, or the contents of your projects, messages or documents.

It serves only to fix things. These reports do not measure your usage, feed no advertising profile, and are cross-referenced with nothing.

Project confidentiality

Film runs on confidentiality: scripts, budgets, castings and schedules circulate long before they go public. What is shared within a project is visible to its team only. Our technical access is limited to operating the service — we host your documents, we don’t read them.

Your rights, without an obstacle course

Access, rectification, erasure, portability: write to us, we answer. Account deletion is carried out within 30 days, together with the associated content.

If this changes, you’ll know first

These commitments may evolve with the service. Any change is announced on this page before it applies — never retroactively.
