How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then enter your email address: a 6-digit verification code is sent to you to confirm your registration.
I am not receiving the sign-in code.
Check your spam folder and the spelling of your address, then request a new code. If the problem persists, get in touch.
Which languages is the app available in?
Eight languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Dutch. The interface language can be changed in the app preferences.
Is a web version planned?
Yes. The service is being ported to the web; in the meantime the full experience is on mobile, iOS and Android.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us through the contact form: deletion is carried out within 30 days, along with the associated content. The app does not yet offer a dedicated button.
